Helen has been looking after my four 'babies' for the last 18 months - she knows all their individual purrsonalities and always takes time to check that nothing has changed with each  booking, whether they need medication or if they have a new habit that she needs to be aware of! When I get back from wherever I have been I think that they are slightly disappointed it's me and not her!!
